Micah is half monster, so he probably doesn't look exactly like a normal human. (Nobody in canon noticed anything like that, but I'm going to put that down to them not being Sherlock.)
He's trying to keep the half monster thing generally under wraps, but since nobody ever comes up to him and asks "hey Micah are you maybe not entirely human" this consists primarily of not using his Wooly form. That said, I've decided that staying in one form all the time is stressful for him, which Sherlock will probably notice pretty quickly. (Though there won't be any way to tell it isn't just Micah's personality until he gives in and transforms.)
Since he's from a standard pseudo-Renaissance fantasy world, he's not all that neat, so Sherlock should have no trouble working out what he's been doing.
